Meet Aaron
I obtained my BS in Health Science in 2016 and MS in Exercise Science in 2017 and have since worked with a multitude of clients. I believe that an initial accurate fitness assessment and specific and realistic goal setting is the key to success in any exercise program. I enjoy working with motivated individuals to increase strength, improve performance, and develop a better sense of general health and wellness through movement and resistance training.

I’ve been an NASM certified personal trainer for 9 years and believe in an all around approach to health and fitness. Workouts should be fun, yet challenging, your diet should be sustainable and your overall lifestyle should include recovery and general well being.
