VIRTUAL GROUP WORKOUT - THE BASICS OF STRENGTH TRAINING
Join me for a workout that you can do ANYWHERE. We'll go through a 30 minute workout covering 4 of the basics in lifting/strength training - SQUAT, HINGE, PUSH AND PULL. We will do a lot of body weight work, but you will need a band, kettlebell, dumbbell or bar at some point in the workout.
