Resources for active pregnant and postpartum mamas are slim - but they shouldn't be! With proper guidance, you can achieve a healthy and fit pregnancy that leads into a strong rebuild postpartum. You'll see options below for a virtual or in person consultation. If you are local to Pittsburgh, PA and want to meet in person, choose that! If you're too far for that - choose the virtual option. We'll set up a time for a video call. Both the in person and virtual options are 30 minutes in length. Among other things, we will analyze several movement and breathing patterns in an effort to find weak, overactive or under-active muscles. I will send you a follow up email with details from your call or in person meeting. WITH BOTH OPTIONS: If you choose to continue with either virtual or in person training, you will receive a $20 off coupon to be put toward the package (4 + sessions) of your choosing or your first month of virtual training.
